T1 reading challenge post 1

Today we did a bit of mythology. We got into groups and did different types of mythology. I did Greek which I was happy about because I love Greek mythology. the Greek creation story teaches us the greek side of history and how they think the world was created. it started with the goddess of earth Gaia and her son Uranus and it tells us how men were created and all the ages. First, there was the golden age when men didn't have to work, and there was no suffering or death. Next, there was the silver age, who were made to worshipped the Olympians there were also foolish and had no respect for the gods. Then, there was the bronze age they were aggressive and warlike they destroyed each other with such venom. Then, there was the heroic age there were many great men and women born of it. The men of the heroic age passed away and gave rise to the men of today. The race that lives now is the iron race; which is said to be the hardest of all. Men of the iron age must toil all their lives and suffer and die. But the iron men are the strongest of all and will survive the Olympian gods.
